12.1. Business customers may return products only in cases of damage sustained during delivery or a manufacturing defect. All other transactions are binding upon delivery.

12.2. In the event of receipt of a damaged product or a product with a manufacturing defect, business customers must notify Tylko within 7 (seven) days of the date of delivery to initiate the return procedure.

12.3. To initiate the returns procedure, business customers should submit a returns request by email to [email protected], providing detailed information regarding the damage or defect. We will assess the situation and provide instructions for the return of the defective product.

12.4. Products must be returned within 14 (fourteen) days of authorisation of the return request. Returns are carried out at our cost and risk.

12.5. We will inspect the returned product upon receipt and notify the business customer within 7 (seven) days as to whether the return has been accepted based on damage or a manufacturing defect. Confirmation will be sent by email to the address provided by the business customer during registration or when placing the Order.

12.6. If the return is accepted as valid, we will refund the business customer the full purchase price of the product together with any associated delivery costs within 14 (fourteen) days of the date on which the return is successfully confirmed.

12.7. In the event of a dispute concerning a return, business customers have the right to seek resolution through alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, including mediation or arbitration, and may also bring formal proceedings before a court of their choosing.
