III. APPLICATION FOR THE PROGRAM

1. To join our Program individuals running one of the businesses stipulated in the preamble to these T&Cs must complete and submit the Application Form available at tylko.com/tylko-for-business by providing updated, accurate and complete details.
These details are:
  ● E-mail Address*
  ● Phone Number
  ● First Name *
  ● Last Name *
  ● Company Name
  ● Country *
  ● Tax ID/VAT Number *
  ● Your Website (or Instagram profile or any other online presence) *
  ● Line of business

2. All details of the applicant set forth in the Application Form must be provided on the application.

3. The applicant hereby confirms all details provided are full, accurate and correct.

4. Incomplete applications to the Program will not be accepted.

5. Applications containing out of date data will not be accepted.

6. To obtain membership in the Program the applicant must be an individual and not a business or entity. Multiple individuals employed by a single business or entity may apply individually by submitting individual application forms and obtaining approval, but the business or entity itself may not become a Program’s Partner.

7. Tylko reviews the application within two business days. Once the eligibility to participate in the Program is met, and provided that Tylko decides to sign up an applicant to the Program, the applicant receives a confirmation email confirming their membership in the Program (Welcoming email). Reception of the Welcoming email results in granting of Partner status and obtaining membership in the Program.

8. Tylko reserves the right to verify accuracy and actuality of information provided by the Partner in the Application Form during the entire duration of the Partner's membership.

10. It is the responsibility of the Partner to notify Tylko of any changes in their contact information. The Partner can update their information by emailing Tylko at [email protected].
