IV. MEMBERSHIP

1. The program is territorially limited and concerns only partners operating in Europe and will be implemented exclusively in Europe.

2. The Program is exclusively addressed to the following professionals: architects, interior designers, contractors (hospitality), developers, business owners (retail), real estate developers, office managers, procurement specialists & other professionals. Further cases should be consulted and considered individually.

3. Tylko reserves the right to amend and update the ability to apply for the membership at our sole discretion.

4. Employees of Tylko are not eligible for the membership.

5. Tylko reserves the right to review and terminate a Partner’s eligibility in the Program if it believes, at its sole discretion, that the Partner has violated these T&Cs. The company will notify the partner that he/she is no longer eligible to participate in the program.

6. Partner may cancel their membership at any time by emailing Tylko at [email protected].

7. The Partner’s membership in the Program is valid for 12 months starting from when the Partner receives the welcoming email.

8. The Partner's membership can be terminated by Tylko at any time with immediate effect, if it believes, at its sole discretion, that the Partner has violated this T&C, or the general terms of service indicated here, or if Tylko doubts the correctness, completeness, or timeliness of the Partner's data indicated in the Application Form. Tylko will notify the partner that he/she is no longer eligible to participate in the Program.
