II. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. These T&Cs define and regulate the rules of Partner's membership in the Program; commercial cooperation between Tylko and the Partner on sale of Tylko Products, their display, and promos.

2. Unless a separate written agreement between the Partner and Tylko is concluded, T&Cs apply to each order of Products placed by the Partner.

3. The application of T&Cs is not excluded if parties conclude a separate written agreement unless the parties agree therein otherwise.

4. No documents or arrangements contradicting the provisions of the T&Cs shall apply to the business relationship between the Partner and Tylko.

5. Any deviation from the T&Cs is only permissible for a specific order and only in exceptional cases, with Tylko’s consent , expressed in writing on pain of nullity . This agreement applies to a particular Partner and a specific order in such case.

6. Tylko reserves the right to update and change the T&Cs. The current version of the T&Cs is accessible on the Program’s website or by contacting a Partnership Representative at [email protected]

7. The version of the T&Cs valid on the date of order placement by the Partner applies to the given order.
