VIII. PURCHASE AND PAYMENT TERMS

1. Placing orders by the Partner is done in accordance with the terms of service rules indicated here.

2. The Partner does not have the option of placing orders with Tylko in a manner other than through the Tylko website.

3. Subject to the rights in the Program, each sale to the Partner is subject to the rules indicated in terms of service link above.

4. Product returns are subject to the applicable return policy and will be credited (as applicable).
