VII. BENEFITS

Eligible Partners will receive access to the following Benefits:

DISCOUNT:

1. Partner receives an exclusive promo code on selected Products i.e. T01, T02, T03.

2. Discount directly for Partners are: 39% for one year on T01, T02 and T03 ( only on subsequent purchases).

3. Discount is available for our Partners when they place orders on Tylko’s website tylko.com, under their own business name or email.

4. The Partner is the only person authorized to place orders within the Program based on promo codes.

5. Purchases made by any other person are not eligible for the discount.

6. Discount is non-negotiable.

7. Discount is to be used for business purposes only. Using the discount for personal purchases is a violation of the T&Cs.

8. Discount is not applicable on purchases of any other Products than indicated in point 1 above, services, shipping and handling, taxes or other fees, and non-merchandise charges.

9. Discount does not apply to any orders put prior to enrolment in the Program, nor after expiration/termination of Partner’s membership in the Program.

10. Discount may not be combined with any other offers, coupons or promotions.

MENTION ME REFERRAL PROGRAM:

1. Due to Partner's participation in the Program, their customers can also receive discounts on selected Products. It is only when the Partner joins the Mention.me referral program.

2. In the Welcoming email, the Partner will receive a link to the Mention.me referral program, which he/she can sign up for if desired.

3. Participation in the Mention.me referral program is optional.

4. Those Partners who choose to sign up will receive detailed info on how to share a 35% discount (on the original price) with their clients and what to do in order to receive a 200 EUR cash incentive for each new referral (only for first-time buyers). The reward is only cashed out if the referral results in a purchase, provided that the purchaser is a new Tylko customer and not a customer who has previously purchased anything from Tylko or is in the Tylko’s customers database.

5. Mention.me discounts may not be combined with any other offers, coupons or promotions, Benefits.

6. Rewards - if applicable - will be paid once every 60 days, based on an invoice sent by the Partner to [email protected], and based on total earnings report (sent via email). The Partner acknowledges that if the Partner is subject to a tax jurisdiction other than Poland, Tylko, as the Polish entity making the payment of the Reward to the Partner, is obligated to withhold tax on Partner’s cash out. In doing so, Tylko may apply the tax rate resulting from the relevant double tax treaty or not collect tax following such treaty only if only it obtains a certificate of residency from the Partner issued by the competent tax administration authority of the country of the taxpayer's headquarters (in the case of legal entities) or domicile (in the case of individuals). Therefore, those Partners who do not provide Tylko with a tax residency certificate along with the invoice covering the Reward, acknowledge that each time their Reward will be reduced by the withholding tax due by the payer, which is Tylko. The certificate is valid for one year.

FREE TYLKO SAMPLES:
Partners also get the opportunity to order our samples free of charge on the following terms:

Free Tylko samples - promo code reducing the price of the samples to 0€ (maximum 80€ - up to 16 sample sets for 5€ each); works when only samples are in the cart; single use. Code is valid only on orders that contain Sample Sets, and it excludes any other product, sale or assembly cost. This code can only be used once and cannot be combined with any other promotion.
