I bought a TV stand and it’s simply fantastic. The quality is marvellous, everything arrived in perfect condition and it was very easy to put together. The finish is impeccable. The colours also match those on the website perfectly: although I’d ordered a sample just to be on the safe side, I noticed that the website displays the shades very accurately. I’ll definitely be buying more furniture from Tylko. Incredible value for money.

Brilliant, just brilliant! From ordering to delivery to assembly (you simply can’t go wrong – it really is suitable for complete beginners!) – it’s fantastic. The quality is impressive too. The only slight drawback: the estimated delivery time, which was given before I placed the order, was unfortunately pushed back by a few weeks after I’d placed it.

Easy process - nice to be able to design your own design! The Company keeps you informed during the whole Process. Delivery by very nice people, on the predicted minute. They carried the packages in to where the pieces had to be assembled - which needs two people ( is stated by the company) to assemble it. Clear instructions step by step. I ordered a Smooth Sofa from the Tylko website at the end of April. I’ve just received it. The delivery times stated at the time of purchase were met (you can check these at the end of the checkout process or ask them directly via the live chat) and I actually received my sofa before the deadline. The sofa is gorgeous (pale blue wool upholstery) and very comfortable. I was worried I might not receive my item, especially as it cost me a fair bit (though it would have been the same in a shop) and the whole process was done online. But it went perfectly. I’m thinking of placing another order to add an armrest. And the delivery went off without a hitch. In short, I’d recommend them – just be patient and everything will be fine! But that goes for all sofas!
