The delivery was on time and the delivery team were friendly and professional, even though they unfortunately had to deliver some damaged parcels. Putting it together is incredibly easy and great fun! Overall impression is positive and I’d definitely recommend it! One star deducted due to damaged parts and the resulting delays in receiving replacements (and the many parcels that have to be stored temporarily).

I had my new shelving unit assembled by TILKO’s skilled fitters, and thank goodness it didn’t look that easy to put together. The two Polish fitters, on the other hand, worked quickly and very professionally; they arrived at the agreed time and had tidied everything up completely by the time they’d finished an hour later.
The shelving units themselves seem to be of high quality, so they get a big thumbs-up from me.
I bought a cupboard online and wanted some changes which I couldn’t find in the configurator. The customer service desk helped me very quickly.
A few days ago I received my order. The communication regarding the delivery was perfect. Assembling was easier than expected, due to the clear manual.

The delivery of our furniture was delayed, but honestly, it was well worth the wait! What quality! We’re amazed at how easy it was to assemble – everything was ready to go, the packaging was perfect – we’re absolutely delighted!!
I’ve had a very positive experience with TYLKO:
1. When placing the order and requesting changes, a member of staff was always on hand to offer advice over the phone at short notice.
2. When a minor problem arose during assembly, a member of staff rang back straight away.
3. Assembly went quickly thanks to the clear instructions. The parts fit together well. All you need is a rubber mallet. The clip-together system works brilliantly; the furniture feels very sturdy!
4. All components are clearly labelled, which makes assembly easier.
5. The delivery arrived very well packed! Plenty of cardboard cushions and protects the goods! (However, this does mean there’s a lot of cardboard to dispose of.)
6. According to TYLKO, the goods are delivered right into your home! (The delivery company, however, only sent one driver, who, in the summer heat, wasn’t keen on carrying the 16 parcels up to the second floor. You then have to stand your ground by referring to TYLKO’s promise.) Some parcels are quite heavy and, depending on the product, bulky.
7. It’s helpful to have a second person on hand from time to time when assembling larger pieces of furniture. Smaller items can easily be put together on your own.

Top-notch service, even when I asked for alterations; brilliantly packed, with fantastic instructions – and, in the end, a brilliant shelf ❤️. It doesn’t get any better than this!
