Is Tylko available for all smartphones and tablets?
For now, Tylko app is available for the following Apple devices: iPhone SE, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone 7, iPhone 8 and iPhone X. We're working on implementing many of the app's features on the website for our users with unsupported devices.
Where is Tylko furniture made?
Currently all Tylko products are manufactured in high-quality furniture factories in Poland. You can take a factory tour anytime here:
Are you going to introduce new products?
Yes, we are. We'd like to offer a variety of products and have several of them in the pipeline already. Sign up for our newsletter to receive updates.
Are there any vacancies at Tylko?
All current vacancies are listed on our Jobs page. If none of these positions match your profile, write us an email outlining how you wish to contribute to Tylko and we'll review your application.
Do you have any brick and mortar stores?
We don't. By only being online and producing exclusively on demand, we can provide a faster and more affordable service to our consumers.
How is Tylko furniture assembled?
Very easily. Tylko Shelves arrive with invisible connectors already built into the edges of each element, you can easily assemble them following the instructions provided in the packaging.
Can the furniture be dismantled after it has been assembled?
Yes, it can. Just use the same tool that you used for assembly and slide the pieces backwards.
How to fix the Tylko Shelf to the wall?
A Tylko shelf needs to be fixed to the wall only if its height exceeds 100cm. The package includes iron brackets for the shelf, but you need to provide the screws suitable for your wall by yourself.
What exactly can I customize in my furniture?
The Tylko customization process is divided into three easy steps. You can customize the dimensions, color and style of each piece. In some cases you can also choose from different materials.
Can I make a special request?
We may be able to take special requests if their value exceeds 2000€. Contact us to enquire about special orders.
Who designs Tylko furniture?
The Tylko Shelf was designed by our in-house design team made up of furniture designers and experts in parametric design. We're working on a collaboration with guest designers as well.
World-renowned designer Yves Béhar has worked closely with Tylko since its very inception, and now proudly introduces Tylko Table. Tylko Table can be co-designed with the man himself, within distinct creative boundaries ranging from basic sizing to fine craft details

Can I modify my order?
Since our production process is fully automated, production begins the moment an order is placed. Any changes in the design, material or delivery address are therefore impossible. In very urgent cases, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll see what we can do, but there's no guarantee that we'll be able to help.
What payment options are avilable?
We accept credit cards (MasterCard, Visa), and payments through PayPal. Additional payment options differ depending on the country:
DE: International Bank Transfer, SEPA Direct Debit, Klarna
AT: Bank Transfer, SEPA Direct Debit
PL: International Bank Transfer, SEPA Direct Debit, Dotpay
UK: MasterCard, Visa, International Bank Transfer, SEPA, PayPal
All transactions are processed securely via our payment provider Adyen
Can I pay in instalments?
Payment in instalments is available by Klarna. Klarna was founded in 2005 and is now is providing payment solutions in 14 countries. Klarna instalment payment plans are simple and guarantee safety.
Currently, payment with Klarna is available in: DE, AU.
In cooperation with Klarna AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you payment via invoice as payment method. When purchasing with Invoice you receive your goods first and you have always a payment period of 14 days. Payment is to be made to Klarna. Please be aware that Invoice is only available for consumers. The complete terms and conditions you can find here. The online shop charges a fee of 0,00 € for invoice purchases.
Klarna reviews and evaluates the data you provided and in case of legitimate interest performs a data exchange with other companies and credit rating agencies. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection law as described in Klarnas privacy statement.
How is my payment processed?
All transactions are processed securely via our payment provider Adyen.
How to change my personal info after purchase?
If you want change the details of your order after the purchase please contact us at email@example.com. To change your details we will need your name, email address you used to make the purchase and your order number.
Does Tylko furniture come with a guarantee?
Tylko furniture is made of top quality materials that are resistant to all kinds of damage resulting from daily use. However, Tylko products come with 2 years guarantee. For more details and conditions please read our Terms of Service, section 7.
Can I return a customized product?
We’re sure you’ll love your Tylko product, but if for any reason you’re not happy we give you 100 days from delivery to return it - with free shipping within the EU! To make a return, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or give us a call at +44 113 868 0195 or +49 32 221096672. We’ll send you all the boxes you'll need and arrange the pickup. Then, once your package reaches us we’ll refund you fully within 14 days. You'll get a correction invoice, and after you accept it the refund will be made via bank transfer. For more detailed information on Tylko’s return policy, you can see our Terms of Service.
Please note that the right to return within 100 days is waived when additional shipping fees are required. However free replacements in the case of production or delivery damage are included.
If you believe your Tylko purchase is incomplete or defective, you can easily get it repaired or replaced by emailing us at email@example.com. We will contact you within 14 days and let you know if we can fix or replace your product. We’ll send you all the boxes you'll need and arrange the pickup, as well as cover any shipping costs in connection with your issue. For more detailed information, please see our Terms of Service.
What can I do if a product arrives damaged?
You can submit a complaint about a defective or an incomplete product to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can also submit a complaint if the product is inconsistent with your specification or if it was defectively assembled. You can do that within a year from when you’ve noticed a defect (but not 2 years after you’ve received your product). We will process you complaint within 14 days and will let you know if we will fix, replace or reassemble your product. We cover the costs of all shipments made in connection with your complaint.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is absolutely free.
How is Tylko furniture delivered?
All Tylko furniture is delivered directly to your home for free. We only work with the most reliable delivery companies to provide you with a first-class service. Based on the delivery address and size of your order, we'll choose the most appropriate provider to make sure your bespoke piece is cared for correctly.
Is there a self pick-up option?
No, there isn't. We take care of bringing our products directly to your door to minimise the risk of damage in transit.
What countries do you ship to?
We offer free shipping to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
We can also ship worldwide, and are happy to give you a quote for shipping to your country. Just send a screenshot of your design, your zip code and country to email@example.com and we'll get back to you with the shipping cost.
How long does delivery take?
Shipping time for the Tylko Shelf is currently up to 6 weeks.
How will I know that my order is on its way?
You'll be notified by email everytime the status of your order changes. We'll email you when your piece leaves the factory and when you can expect it to be delivered to your door.
