We are absolutely thrilled with our recent purchase from Tylko. We decided on a custom piece to serve as a wardrobe for our entryway, and it has completely transformed the space. Regarding the logistics, the delivery window was originally set for June 15th–26th, and while it arrived on the 30th, the delivery itself went perfectly within the time slot they provided. The delivery team was also incredibly friendly and professional, which made the experience much better. The assembly was an absolute breeze. Tylko provided a clear, custom leaflet specifically designed for our exact bespoke piece of furniture, which made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. Once we had it put together, the quality of the craftsmanship was immediately obvious—the materials feel robust and truly built to last. The color is nothing short of amazing, adding such a beautiful, vibrant touch to our entranceway. It has become a real focal point of our home, and honestly, everyone who sees it gives us compliments on how great it looks. We are beyond satisfied with our purchase and will definitely be ordering from Tylko again in the future. Highly recommended!

Product quality – Disastrous delivery
I’m very happy with my furniture. It’s high quality and sturdy. It was easy to assemble. However, I’m very disappointed with the delivery time, which was supposed to be between 2 and 12 June. The furniture had been in the carrier’s warehouse since the end of May. I had to chase up customer service several times. The carrier notified me by text message on 17 June, stating that delivery would be on 2 July. Another two weeks on top of that! Whilst I understand the three-week lead time for manufacturing the made-to-measure furniture, I find your carrier’s delay unacceptable. That is the reason for my rating.

I’m really delighted with my order from Tylko. Back to the beginning: The online shop is modern and well-organised, and the configurator is intuitive to use. I particularly liked the wide range of design options, which allow you to tailor the shelving unit precisely to your own needs. Secondly: The entire ordering and delivery process was transparent throughout. Delivery was quick, and the shelving unit was excellently packed, so everything arrived undamaged. Thirdly: The quality also won me over completely: the shelving unit looks very high-quality, is neatly finished and looks exactly as expected. Thanks to its well-thought-out design, assembly was straightforward, very sturdy and completed in no time at all. All in all, a thoroughly positive experience. I would and will order from Tylko again at any time and can wholeheartedly recommend the company.
