If I could, I’d give it 10 out of 5 stars! Even the configuration process in the online shop was simple and user-friendly. After placing my order, I was kept fully informed about the progress of production. Delivery went smoothly and the driver was very helpful and friendly. I was really impressed with the assembly. Even the packaging is well thought out and designed to ensure that nothing gets damaged. The instructions are clear and straightforward, and all the parts are sorted in the correct order, so you really can’t go wrong. Not a single screw needs to be fitted the wrong way round – the assembly was genuinely fun. You simply click the door panels into place; I almost let out a cheer. The stickers can also be removed easily without scratching the surface :-) What’s more, everything is very sturdy and high-quality; you can’t see any fingerprints and nothing wobbles. To be honest, from now on we’ll only be buying Tylko shelves and cupboards! Sensational.
We’ve definitely ordered 3 or 4 products already, and unfortunately the last one went missing because of an incompetent courier (Gebrüder Weiss)! Gebrüder Weiss simply washed their hands of it and said it wasn’t their problem, and Tylko have now decided to replace this shelf for me and make a new one! WOW!!! I think that’s so brilliant and I’m absolutely chuffed! Because having to foot the bill myself would have been a right pain! Their customer service is simply top-notch! And the products are brilliant either way!!!
Delivery was on time and hassle-free. A four-week waiting period for a made-to-measure item is more than reasonable. All parts were in excellent condition.
The assembly instructions (including videos) were very clear, and the end result is extremely sturdy and of high quality.
Contrary to many negative reviews, the experience was thoroughly positive. I also find it hard to understand comments such as ‘you’re better off with Ikea’: this piece of furniture (a coloured sideboard) is of significantly higher quality than what I’m used to from Ikea.
Delivery was on time and hassle-free; assembly is straightforward and the step-by-step instructions are clear and logical. The end result looks fantastic! I’ll definitely be ordering again :-)
The furniture is really very easy to assemble. It’s a brilliant system that doesn’t require any screws. I received 40 parcels for 8 pieces of furniture. Not a single part was damaged. The packaging of all the parts is a dream – exactly as you’d hope. The labelling on all the parcels is also very good. Even with 40 parcels, you can immediately tell which parcel belongs to which piece of furniture. If there were a picture of the respective piece of furniture on the box, it would be perfect. But it’s not essential; you can manage without it. I have to say, however, that adjusting the drawers is an absolute nightmare. There are a great many adjustment screws – in my opinion, far too many. Other manufacturers do this better. It’s much simpler with IKEA furniture that has drawers. That’s why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5. But the overall process – ordering, configuring online and delivery – was top-notch!
The workmanship and packaging are excellent. The only issue was that the markings on the parts indicating the correct orientation were incorrect in two key places.
The courier company couldn’t be reached. Their helpline is a Polish answering machine. Tylko tried to get hold of the courier. Unfortunately, they arrived a little late, but still on the same day. We’d have liked better communication here. The tracking details became available 5 minutes before delivery.
The quality, however, is top-notch. Everything fitted perfectly. Even the doors.
Unfortunately, one of the back panels was already torn at the point of delivery.
But really great furniture all in all. I hope that one back panel will be replaced.

The whole process went very smoothly. Assembly was generally straightforward, although the stickers for parts V2 and V3 were positioned incorrectly. We’re very pleased with the materials and the look.

A lovely surprise for my first Tylko order (it’s rare to be pleasantly surprised these days...). Excellent quality; the colour, dimensions and design were exactly as I’d ordered, and above all, it was incredibly easy to assemble with perfectly clear instructions (I put the shoe cabinet together in 30 minutes, and honestly, I’m no expert at this sort of thing). Next project: the walk-in wardrobe!
I was very pleased with it
Putting the piece of furniture together was incredibly simple, and assembly was quick and easy thanks to the crystal-clear instructions
Excellent quality and brilliant customer service
You do have to wait two months for this type of product, but it’s well worth it for a high-quality item at a great price, especially as it’s made to measure
Amazing!
At the age of 70, I put the shelf together all by myself. It was so easy!
It looks absolutely lovely, is sturdy and fits the plan perfectly. I’ll definitely be buying a third piece of furniture
The piece of furniture is truly beautiful, sturdy and aesthetically flawless. The quality of the materials is excellent and it looks absolutely stunning in the home.
The only downside is the assembly process: watching the videos, it all seems like a piece of cake, but in reality the process is far more challenging. The snap-fit joints are very tight and require a fair amount of force (and a rubber mallet) to click the clips into place, making the visual guide seem a little too optimistic.
In summary: the product absolutely deserves 5 stars for its finish and quality, but I’m giving it 4 stars overall due to an assembly experience that can and must be improved or explained with greater transparency. I’d definitely buy it again, but I’d make sure to arm myself with a bit more patience!

An exceptional, high-quality piece of furniture, but putting it together requires more strength than expected!
