The Edge is crafted from high-quality materials designed for durability and a premium look. The main structure—including walls, doors, shelves, backs, and drawers—is made from sturdy 18mm particle board.

The Edge comes in a variety of finishes:

Solid Colours (such as Sand, Clay Brown, Olive Green, Dusk Blue, Midnight Blue, White, Grey, Stone Grey, Black): These use particle board with a melamine coating. The edges are wrapped in a matching full-colour ABS band, so the colour is consistent throughout.

Plywood (White Plywood and Grey Plywood): The 19 mm plywood boards of the walls are topped with High Pressure Laminate and visible wood grain edges are finished with oil for a modern take on a classic look.

Wood Effect Finishes (Light Wood Effect, Dark Wood Effect): These also use particle board, but with a premium melamine coating that looks and feels like real wood. The finish is not real wood veneer, but it closely mimics the appearance and texture.
