Final Provisions

Summary:

Where required, we will seek your consent to any amendments we introduce to these Terms.

10.1. These Terms are available within the Service at tylko.com/terms.

10.2. Subject to the provisions of Section 12.3 below, Tylko reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time for good cause, including in particular changes to applicable law, changes to the manner in which the Service operates, changes to the Content moderation rules, or changes to the Products and Services available through the Service. Notice of any amendment to these Terms, together with the reasons therefore, will be published within the Service alongside the new, consolidated text of the amended Terms.

10.3. Following the conclusion of the Agreement, but before the execution of any Sales Agreement, any amendments to these Terms requiring the consent of both parties under the Consumer Rights Act may only be introduced with the User's express consent. Such consent may be given by ticking the relevant box in a form made available within the Service in connection with the amendment in question, or by email.

10.4. All annexes to these Terms form an integral part thereof.
