Everything was wonderful – and, above all, the quality was impressive! We ordered two pieces of customised furniture from Tylko and were impressed by the user-friendliness of the website right from the start. Configuring our furniture was straightforward and intuitive. Once we were happy with our customisations and had placed the order, the whole process went smoothly. It was particularly good that we could track the current production and delivery status of our furniture at any time. The delivery by the courier service was also excellently organised. When it finally came to assembly, our positive impressions were confirmed once again. Just by looking at the packaging, it was immediately clear which parcel belonged to which piece of furniture and in what order the individual parcels should be opened. The furniture was also packed extremely carefully and securely. The well-thought-out sorting of the components within the packages was particularly convenient. You could always continue working directly with the topmost part without first having to lay out and sort all the components. All individual parts were clearly and comprehensibly labelled, so it was always obvious how they needed to be positioned. The assembly itself was surprisingly simple: there was no need for drilling or screwing. The parts were mainly connected using an intelligent plug-and-click system; only in a few places was a light tap with a hammer required to fit the tongue-and-groove joints together. Suitable tools were even supplied for this purpose, ensuring the surfaces remained optimally protected during assembly. All in all, a thoroughly successful product with an exceptionally well-thought-out user experience – from planning and delivery right through to assembly.

The shelf looks great and feels very sturdy. It was easy to assemble, and the packaging and instructions were excellent. However, delivery from Poland to Austria took a full two weeks.

Design and simple assembly instructions. Two parts of the chest of drawers are damaged. The fitters said they would replace everything. I’m curious to see how it turns out. Overall, we’re very happy with the Tylko furniture.

The product is excellent and of high quality. The assembly instructions are tailored specifically to the item and easy to follow. Brilliant! The only downside was the delivery company that delivered the item. They couldn’t find the address, despite a phone call, and the next available delivery slot wasn’t until 8 days later.

Sideboard: 3.75 m wide, 1.03 m high, 0.31 m deep... It looks absolutely lovely – exactly as I’d imagined. The colour swatch I received in advance was a great help in choosing the right shade. So I’m very happy with it. The scheduling, delivery and assembly all went very smoothly too.

Their customer support is estelar I need to do an small change on the design which their tool were not capable of, they helped with the whole design and kept the conditions the same I have after the end of the campaign. Only good things to say until the moment.

I enquired about having a shelf compartment in the desk modified. A ‘real’ person (!) replied promptly, competently and courteously. That alone is worth mentioning! But the fact that the design could be adapted to my requirements, and free of charge at that, is also highly commendable! These days, that’s a rare and very welcome service. Hopefully this young company will maintain this standard! So far: top marks!

High-quality furniture, simple to assemble – the TV stand was put together in under 30 minutes. Delivery was right on time, and the delivery driver was very friendly. We’ll be ordering from them again!

Great furnitures, everything came as expected - very good quality. The assemble is state of the art, assembling 2 big wardrobes (23 packages) took like 1.5h without using any tools (unpacking everything took much more time). Everything packed only in paper which is also good - a lot of waste and only paper - very eco friendly. Also the assemble itself was very friendly - I've got wardrobes for very specific place in really tight space and I was able to easy assemble it in the room itself. One part came faulty - but 5 minutes on live chat and the new one is on the way - so customer service is also great. Wardrobes came 2 weeks before estimated delivery date which was also great.

Ordering online via the Berlin showroom was no problem at all, thanks to the support provided. Regular updates on production and the expected delivery date put my mind at ease right up until the on-time delivery. The leather seating units are brilliant! Hans W., Berlin

Everything went absolutely smoothly from start to finish! The delivery via Zam Trans went without a hitch; the delivery driver was very friendly and pleasant. The parcels were clearly labelled, the delivery time matched the details given at the time of ordering exactly, and the colour of the bedside table is exactly as shown in the photos.
