10 year guarrantee

The following warranty terms are valid for orders placed from 5.06.2024 onwards.

  1. Warranty period TYLKO S.A. provides to buyers who are consumers a 10-year warranty, in accordance with sec. 2, calculated from the date of delivery of the order to the consumer. In the case of orders consisting of several shipments, the warranty period starts from the date of delivery of the last shipment (complete order).

  2. Scope of the warranty

The warranty covers physical defects that become apparent during the warranty period in the course of normal use of the product, ie:

a) peeling of the laminate from the plywood,

b) the appearance of air bubbles under the laminate and changes in structure (without color change),

c) ungluing of the edges of the board,

d) defective or damaged hinges,

e) defective or damaged rails / guides,

f) slipping or falling off the handles, factory incorrect structure of the material or coloring of the handles.

  1. What can I expect under the warranty?

We will reproduce a piece of furniture if we cannot reproduce the item. The reproduction will then be as close as possible to the original in terms of color and geometry / function. This is because our configurators and range will evolve and after a certain period of time a certain color or material may no longer be available. Tylko covers the shipping costs of the reproduced item or furniture. If it is not possible to make a piece of furniture that is identical or very similar to the piece of furniture that is the subject of the complaint, you will receive a voucher for use in the online store www.tylko.com with a value equivalent to the value of the original order placed for the claimed piece of furniture. The expiration date of the voucher is 30 calendar days.

Then the piece of furniture that is the subject of the complaint remains at your disposal, i.e. we do not take it from you or dispose of it.

  1. How to take advantage of the warranty?

You can make a claim by filling out the form at: www.tylko.com/x/warranty. We will review the case and respond to you within 14 days from the date of receipt of a complete application.

  1. What does the warranty not cover?

The warranty does not cover:

a) processes that constitute normal wear and tear of the furniture as a result of its use for its intended purpose and its aging process, e.g. changes in the color of the laminate over time under the influence of light;

b) changes in the structure and appearance of the furniture or plywood or veneer as a result of exposure of the furniture: in places with relative humidity exceeding 65% or outdoors, in conditions other than domestic;

c) products that have been misused, improperly stored, used, assembled, connected, or cleaned using improper methods or cleaning agents;

d) products that have been modified by the customer, in which the customer has interfered, e.g. in their construction;

e) mechanical damage, such as scratches, tears or cuts.

The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear, i.e. the effects of proper use of the furniture indoors in accordance with its intended use following inevitably over time with its normal daily use. Always follow the installation and care instructions.
