Changed your mind? You have plenty of time, and we make it easy — we send the boxes and arrange free pickup.

Return windows (from the day your order is delivered)

  • 100 days for storage furniture
  • 30 days for sofas and covers
  • 14 days for blankets and bookends

How to return Just get in touch at [email protected]. We'll provide all the boxes you need and arrange a free pickup within the EU.

Refunds Once we receive your return, we'll refund you within 14 days by bank transfer, after you accept a correction invoice.

Damaged or faulty items If something arrives damaged or isn't quite right, email [email protected] and we'll sort out a repair or replacement. We'll confirm within 14 days and cover all shipping, packaging and pickup. Replacements for production or delivery damage are always free. (Sample products aren't covered by the return policy.)
