Returns

Summary:

Except sofas, blankets and samples, within 100 days from the delivery you have the right to return the product without stating your cause for doing so and without incurring any additional cost. This only applies, however, if you have not damaged or made the product incomplete. In order to place a return, just file a relevant statement via e-mail and send your product back to us. This 100-day return policy excludes Tylko sample, sofas, bookends and blankets.


8.1. Notwithstanding the right to file a Complaint, the User may also terminate the Sale Agreement and return the Product without stating his cause for doing so or incurring any additional cost (the “Termination”). You can do this by sending us a signed statement of withdrawal from the contract, a template of which can be found here (link), or by sending us such a request by email to [email protected] or submit such a request by email to hello@tylkocom, by phone at +44 800 102 6747, or via chat available on our website www.tylko.com. The right to Terminate does not apply to any Product which has been damaged or made incomplete by the User, nor does it apply to Tylko sample sets. The right to Terminate does not apply to any Product designed or modified by the Tylko staff on the User's written or verbal request.

8.2. The right to Terminate may be executed:

  1. for furniture excluding sofas, blankets and sample - within 100 (hundred) days from the Product’s delivery date. In order to Terminate the User should file a Termination statement via e-mail ([email protected]) and send the Product back to the Provider’s address.
  2. for sofas and covers - You have 30 days to return the purchased sofa for free - without giving a reason.The returned product must not bear any signs of use. The returned product must not bear any signs of useThe returned product should be:
  • intact and unused,

  • undamaged,

  • with a set of tags and items.

Returning a product that bears traces of use, damaged or improperly packaged may result in a reduction of the returned amount, and in extreme cases - refusal to accept the return.

Please, if possible, return the sofa in its original packaging. If you no longer have the original carton, please take care to pack the sofa safely and securely so that the product is not damaged in transit.

We care about the environment - we encourage you to keep the original packaging - this way, together we reduce waste and protect the environment.

Provide a reason for return (optional) - although we do not require a reason for return, we would appreciate it if you provide a reason - it will help us to further improve our products and services.

8.3. The Product subject to the Termination shall be returned at the sole expense and risk of the Provider. At the User’s request, the Provider may provide the User with a proper shipment packaging.

8.4. Within 7 (seven) days from when the Product subject to the Termination has been delivered to the Provider, the Provider shall inform the User if the Termination has been effective or if the Product subject to the Termination has been deemed damaged or made incomplete by the User. These information shall be provided in an e-mail sent to the User’s address provided during the Registration, during the Order or with the Termination.

8.5. The Termination shall be effective if within 7 (seven) days from when the Product has been returned to the Provider, the Provider has not informed the User that this Product has been deemed damaged or made incomplete by the User. This information shall be provided in an e-mail sent to the User’s address provided during the Registration, during the Order or with the Termination.

8.6. Within 30 (thirty) days from an effective Termination, the Provider shall return to the User an amount equal to the Product’s total purchase price and delivery costs, as incurred by the User.

8.7. In the event of a dispute between the Provider and the User concerning the Termination, the User is entitled to the benefit of alternative dispute resolution. In particular, the User may refer his case to a mediator or to an arbitration court by filing an applicable form - a request for mediation or an application to the arbitration court – with a relevant institution. A sample list of institutions, including their contact details is available at www.uokik.gov.pl. The User also retains the right to file a formal complaint with the court at his sole discretion.

8.8. Blanket and bookends

Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your delivery to return the blanket or bookends.

To do so:

1.Fill out the “Return / Withdrawal from Contract” form included with your order and place it inside the package. If you don’t have the form, you can download it [here].

  1. Ideally, use the original box in which the blanket or bookends was delivered. If you no longer have it, pack the item securely in any box to ensure safe transport.

  2. Remove all original/old shipping labels from the parcel and attach the return label, which was also included with your order. If you don’t have a return label, please contact Customer Care Tylko.

  3. Go to the courier’s website, enter the shipment number from your return label, and schedule a pickup with the courier. Please select courier pickup as the method of return.

  4. Arrange the pickup for a convenient time and wait for the courier to arrive.

  5. After handing over the parcel, keep the proof of shipment.

  1. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the order. It will be processed promptly, but no later than 14 days from the date the returned parcel is received at our warehouse.

8.9. Refunds of assembly costs:

  1. If assembly was included in the price of furniture - in the event that at the time of purchase the assembly service is included in the price of furniture, the full value of the order will be refunded, regardless of whether the withdrawal from the contract occurred before or after delivery and assembly.
  2. Assembly service purchased in addition to the order:

a) if the customer purchased the assembly service as a separate item of the order, and the withdrawal from the contract occurred before the delivery, i.e. before the shipment of the goods and the execution of the assembly, the customer shall be refunded 100% of the value of the order (including the assembly service).

b) if the withdrawal from the contract took place after the delivery and the execution of the assembly service, the seller will refund the customer the value of the order less the cost of the assembly service (assembly), which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
