A very good concept from start to finish. Delivery was quick and there were no complicated delivery notes. All parcels are numbered. It’s really very customer-friendly. The goods are well packed.

Delivery was on time. The colour of the cupboard is exactly as shown in the sample. It’s so easy to assemble, and the great thing is that you don’t need any extra tools. The instructions are tailored specifically to your cupboard, and the quality of the furniture is excellent. It arrived very well packed and with numbered parts. Every detail is perfect.

I had my new shelving unit assembled by TILKO’s skilled fitters, and thank goodness it didn’t look that easy to put together. The two Polish fitters, on the other hand, worked quickly and very professionally; they arrived at the agreed time and had tidied everything up completely by the time they’d finished an hour later. The shelving units themselves seem to be of high quality, so they get a big thumbs-up from me.

I bought a cupboard online and wanted some changes which I couldn’t find in the configurator. The customer service desk helped me very quickly. A few days ago I received my order. The communication regarding the delivery was perfect. Assembling was easier than expected, due to the clear manual. I made it, tadaaa 😃 The quality of everything also is fantastic.
