What do I do if my furniture arrives damaged?

We truly apologize if your Tylko order did not arrive in perfect condition. We strive for excellence, but if something went wrong, we want to fix it fast. To initiate your warranty claim for damaged, defective, or incorrectly assembled items, please get in touch with us here. For efficient claim processing, we require: clear photos of the damaged elements and the element numbers (which you can find on a sticker on the element itself). Once we receive this, we will process your claim within 14 working days and inform you of our plan to repair, replace, or reassemble your furniture. The maximum claim period is one year from the date you notice the defect, but it cannot exceed the overall warranty limit for the product: Sofas are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery, while all other Tylko storage are covered by an extended 10-year warranty from the date of delivery.
