Can I return my Tylko Original?

Yes! You have 100 days to decide if your Original product is right for you. We offer free returns within the EU, Switzerland, and the UK. If you need to return your furniture, please get in touch with us. Once your Original product is returned, your refund will be processed within 14 working days. If the product is damaged or defective, returns and replacements are free, just contact our Customer Service on [email protected]. The right to Terminate does not apply to any Product which has been damaged or made incomplete by the User, nor does it apply to Tylko sample sets.
