Yes, in select countries - Germany, the Netherlands, France, Austria, Belgium, and Luxembourg - we offer a paid service to collect and dispose of your old sofa. The old sofa should be roughly the same size as your new Tylko sofa. For example, if you order a three-seater, we can pick up an old sofa of similar dimensions. Very large or very small furniture cannot be collected.

The service is only available as part of a new sofa purchase and happens at the same time and location as your delivery. The sofa should be ready to move in one piece; if disassembly is needed, it must be done in advance or arranged through a separate service.

We may refuse collection if the furniture is unsafe to move, poses health risks, or significantly differs in size or type from what was agreed.

Please note: Once your old sofa has been collected, it cannot be returned or recovered.
