IX. COMMUNICATION AND PRIVACY

1. Company may contact the Partner or businesses directly regarding changes to the Program.

2. As a Program Partner, the Partner agrees to automatically be opted-in to receive Tylko emails for marketing purposes. The Partner may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

3. As a Partner of our Program, the Partner consents to the Tylko’s Privacy Policy available at tylko.com/privacy_policy.

4. By completing, signing, and submitting the accompanying Application Form the Partner confirms he/she has read, understood and fully accepts and agrees to these T&Cs.
