Any personal data provided in connection with placing an Order, concluding the Sales Agreement and using Gift Cards shall be processed by the Seller on the same terms as personal data processed in connection with the purchase of other products offered at www.tylko.com. In this context, the Seller is the controller of the personal data.

  2. The controller does not require Customers to provide their personal data until the Customer redeems the Gift Card.
