Can I exchange the blanket?

Unfortunately, exchanges are not available for the Loom blanket. Since the product is in stock and shipped the same day or the next day after purchase, it is not possible to switch your order to a different color or model once it has been placed.

If you would like a different blanket, the best solution is to accept the delivery and then return the product within 14 days of receiving it. You can then place a new order for your preferred color.
