I ordered a Smooth Sofa from the Tylko website at the end of April. I’ve just received it. The delivery times stated at the time of purchase were met (you can check these at the end of the checkout process or ask them directly via the live chat) and I actually received my sofa before the deadline. The sofa is gorgeous (pale blue wool upholstery) and very comfortable. I was worried I might not receive my item, especially as it cost me a fair bit (though it would have been the same in a shop) and the whole process was done online. But it went perfectly. I’m thinking of placing another order to add an armrest. And the delivery went off without a hitch. In short, I’d recommend them – just be patient and everything will be fine! But that goes for all sofas!

I’m very happy with my new Tylko wardrobe (2.00 × 2.40 m in the colour ‘Sand’). It was delivered right to my flat. A total of 22 parcels were delivered – which seems quite overwhelming at first. However, everything is packed incredibly thoughtfully and matches the assembly instructions perfectly. This means you can find every part quickly and the assembly process is easy to follow at every stage. Of course, this does generate a lot of packaging waste. That’s probably hard to avoid with a piece of furniture of this size. As I have a recycling centre nearby, though, that wasn’t a major drawback for me personally. One minor criticism for some might be the assembly instructions: the explanations are exclusively in English. For me, this wasn’t a problem; what’s more, everything is very well illustrated, so the assembly process is easy to follow even without a perfect command of English. The assembly itself was surprisingly straightforward. The click-together system is really well thought out and we were impressed by it. Rarely have I assembled a piece of furniture so easily. Overall, the wardrobe gives a very high-quality impression and simply looks great. However, in terms of value for money, there are a few points I’d have liked to see improved: - The doors don’t have a soft-close function. I’d actually have expected that in this price range. - The outer sides aren’t made from a single continuous panel (unlike the doors). This leaves a visible gap on the left and right. You’ll probably get used to it over time, but for me it does detract slightly from the overall high-quality impression. - There’s no base panel. Although this is later concealed by the drawers, it would have contributed to an even more premium overall look. - You can’t level the wardrobe on an uneven floor – at least, we couldn’t find a way to do so. Despite these criticisms, I would buy this wardrobe again in a heartbeat and can wholeheartedly recommend it. The entire buying experience – from configuration through to delivery and assembly – was excellent. And most importantly: I’m really pleased with the end result. I will definitely be buying more furniture from Tylko.

The delivery was on time and the delivery team were friendly and professional, even though they unfortunately had to deliver some damaged parcels. Putting it together is incredibly easy and great fun! Overall impression is positive and I’d definitely recommend it! One star deducted due to damaged parts and the resulting delays in receiving replacements (and the many parcels that have to be stored temporarily).

The delivery took a long time, but I’m very happy with the made-to-measure furniture and its quality. One part was missing, but they offered me a goodwill gesture straight away and sent me replacement parts. It wasn’t perfect throughout, but they were very responsive and efficient, and above all, the furniture looks brilliant. I’d definitely recommend them!

A very good concept from start to finish. Delivery was quick and there were no complicated delivery notes. All parcels are numbered. It’s really very customer-friendly. The goods are well packed.

Delivery was on time. The colour of the cupboard is exactly as shown in the sample. It’s so easy to assemble, and the great thing is that you don’t need any extra tools. The instructions are tailored specifically to your cupboard, and the quality of the furniture is excellent. It arrived very well packed and with numbered parts. Every detail is perfect.
