14.1. Information about the tylko.com online store service

This statement applies to the website at https://tylko.com/pl-pl, through which Tylko S.A. provides an e-commerce service in the form of the tylko.com online store. Information about the service offered and provided is set out in the Terms of Service available at https://tylko.com/pl-pl/terms/general-provisions.

14.2. Requirements for using the tylko.com online store

In order to use the Service, Users must have a device equipped with a web browser and an internet connection enabling access to tylko.com.

14.3. How the tylko.com online store meets accessibility requirements

Within the tylko.com online store, we endeavour to ensure compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level A and Level AA, including in particular:

  • text spacing in continuous text must be adjustable via custom style sheets;
  • it must be possible to adjust text spacing set through style attributes using custom style sheets;
  • the page must allow users to bypass repeating blocks of content;
  • elements must meet enhanced colour contrast ratio requirements;
  • elements must meet minimum colour contrast ratio requirements;

  • the <html> element must contain a valid lang attribute value;
  • links sharing the same name must have a comparable purpose;
  • links must have descriptive, recognisable text;
  • delayed page refresh must not be used; and
  • page zoom and scaling functionality must not be disabled.

14.4. Areas currently under development

We are continuing to work on several outstanding accessibility matters, including:

  • providing text alternatives for non-text content, or enabling assistive technologies to disregard non-text content where appropriate;
  • ensuring adequate colour contrast ratios throughout;
  • improving the structural integrity of HTML content;
  • ensuring that all buttons have accessible names;
  • ensuring that elements with scrollable content are accessible via keyboard navigation;
  • ensuring that text alternatives for non-text content are not duplicated as visible text;
  • ensuring that every form element has an associated label;
  • ensuring that every HTML document carries a lang attribute;
  • improving text scaling and zoom functionality;
  • ensuring that landmark elements have a unique role or a unique combination of role, label, and title (i.e. an accessible name);
  • ensuring that each document contains no more than one main landmark;
  • ensuring the semantic correctness of heading order throughout;
  • ensuring that every HTML document contains a non-empty <title> element; and
  • ensuring that all page content is organised into key structural regions — landmark areas.

14.5. Exemptions

Tylko S.A. does not guarantee compliance with the accessibility requirements set out above in respect of:

  • content that is not funded, created, or controlled by Tylko S.A.;
  • PDF documents created before 28 June 2025; and
  • video content created before 28 June 2025.
