The furniture is excellent, the website is very user-friendly for designing your own custom-made piece, delivery was straightforward, the products are very well packaged, and the personalised assembly instructions and labelling of the parts are very well done. Assembly was easy and no adjustments were needed. We are very pleased with the result. Just one concern. It would be helpful to know THE TOTAL WEIGHT OF THE FURNITURE AT THE TIME OF FINALISING THE ORDER, so we can work out how many people will be needed to lift and stand it upright, as assembly is done on the floor.

The perfect system
I designed and assembled a bookcase measuring 3.30 x 2.25 m. The website has a very simple, intuitive design tool; the delivery timeframe of the advertised six weeks was met, and I received regular emails with status updates along the way. The parcels were delivered on time. Assembly does require a bit of strength and manual dexterity, but ultimately the system is brilliant with its plug-in connections. The workmanship is absolutely top-notch; everything fitted perfectly, and all doors and drawers can be adjusted in three ways, even retrospectively. Once assembled, the shelving unit has a truly high-quality look with its laminated wooden shelves. Conclusion: not a cheap shelving unit, but it’s worth the price. Highly recommended – I’d happily buy from them again next time!
