You do have to wait a bit longer for the furniture, but it’s well worth it! It looks absolutely lovely and is incredibly easy to assemble. Delivery by the haulage company also went very smoothly.

High-quality furniture. Impeccable assembly service. Once it was installed, I realised I’d chosen the wrong colour. No problem at all for Tylko – they came round to take it apart and reassemble it in a different colour of my choice. The refund was processed promptly. The professionalism and responsiveness of the customer service team are quite rare these days and are worth highlighting. I recommend them 100%.

We’ve configured and ordered a room divider. It was great fun – the configurator is brilliant. Communication has been excellent, and they’ve even taken our requests for changes on board. Delivery, the plastic-free, numbered packaging and the instructions were all perfect! We managed to assemble the large shelving unit ourselves (without having to use any screws) in just two hours. Everything looks exactly as it does in the pictures in the configurator. I can’t recommend Tylko highly enough – brilliant!

Setting it up was fun and straightforward. The customer service regarding delivery and tracking, including the driver, was friendly. Assembly was straightforward – the instructions were really helpful. The quality of the materials is excellent, and once it was finally assembled and I’d checked it over here and there, I was also pleased with the precision. There were a few bits of adhesive residue from the veneer, but these came off easily with a damp cloth. The sliding panels didn’t close 100% flush at first – perhaps the instructions could mention that a gentle tap with a hammer works well here. Quality that’s well worth it. Well packaged, with almost no plastic waste! So now I’m saving up for my next shelf ;)

I’m really delighted with my order from Tylko. Back to the beginning: The online shop is modern and well-organised, and the configurator is intuitive to use. I particularly liked the wide range of design options, which allow you to tailor the shelving unit precisely to your own needs. Secondly: The entire ordering and delivery process was transparent throughout. Delivery was quick, and the shelving unit was excellently packed, so everything arrived undamaged. Thirdly: The quality also won me over completely: the shelving unit looks very high-quality, is neatly finished and looks exactly as expected. Thanks to its well-thought-out design, assembly was straightforward, very sturdy and completed in no time at all. All in all, a thoroughly positive experience. I would and will order from Tylko again at any time and can wholeheartedly recommend the company.

Great product, but the delivery could be improved

Overall, we were very satisfied with our purchase from Tylko. The in-store advice, combined with the chance to view the sofa and try it out, was a very pleasant experience. Placing the order online from home afterwards was also straightforward and went smoothly. Throughout the entire ordering process, we were kept well informed of the current status. However, we were less satisfied with the delivery company used. It took around two weeks from the delivery notification to the actual delivery. In our view, the manner of delivery also failed to meet the otherwise high-quality and modern standards we associate with Tylko. We are, however, very satisfied with the sofa itself – the quality and comfort have won us over completely.

A lovely experience

This is a review I’m really happy to write. From the very friendly and helpful advice I received at the Munich showroom, through to the hassle-free ordering process for my sideboard, the genuinely warm interaction with customer service, and finally the punctual delivery that arrived right on schedule – everything was perfect. Unfortunately, my private assembly service had an accident on his bike and my sideboard is still sitting in its packaging. Well, that’s why I can’t say anything about it yet, but so far I’m 100% satisfied and can recommend Tylko with a clear conscience.

This summer I was furnishing my new apartment in South of France and I had a lot of trouble finding the right nightstands in French stores and on-line in France. They were all too low for what I wanted and there were no great design choices, since I needed very specific widths, as well. So, I was very happy when I found TYLKO - the designs were varied and distinctive, and they offered the flexibility I needed both in terms of sizes and colors. I ordered 6 nightstands : 3 different pairs. Throughout the process the quality of service was outstanding: immediate, responsive and helpful. From the start I was very clear that my timing was very inflexible. I had to receive the furniture in France before my return to the US in early June. The company delivered in spades. Not only are the pieces beautiful and high quality (I can't believe the complaints about quality in some of he reviews because TYLKO wood and wood-like materials far exceed anything I saw in France in modern design), but their delivery service by two extremely nice young Polish men from Paris was way superior and to most of the delivery services in France (and I had to deal with many!). There's once small issue with one of the drawer slides, but they right away promised to get me a new one when I'm back in France. Wanted to write this review as the reviews on here are so mixed it had me worried there was some sort of scam involved, but we couldn't be happier with our cabinet. I had to change a dimension due to a builder errorand they collected the old unit and sent a new one. Took a while to arrive, but came within their estimate, and it looks great. Good quality too.

We recently added a large wardrobe to our growing Tylko collection. Once again, we are so happy with the quality and design. Tylko’s furniture is incredibly versatile and can be designed to fit any space. As expected, the service was professional from start to finish—highly recommended.

Straightforward communication and spot-on delivery, despite the delay – it all went really well. As expected, the quality is very good (top-quality multiplex). The assembly instructions feature a first-class, error-free translation! Tailored specifically to my one-off piece – perfect! However, the price charged for it was right on the edge of what I could afford.
