Delivered on time, really easy and quick to put together! Looks brilliant!

Delivery was on time and hassle-free. A four-week waiting period for a made-to-measure item is more than reasonable. All parts were in excellent condition. The assembly instructions (including videos) were very clear, and the end result is extremely sturdy and of high quality. Contrary to many negative reviews, the experience was thoroughly positive. I also find it hard to understand comments such as ‘you’re better off with Ikea’: this piece of furniture (a coloured sideboard) is of significantly higher quality than what I’m used to from Ikea.

Delivery was on time and hassle-free; assembly is straightforward and the step-by-step instructions are clear and logical. The end result looks fantastic! I’ll definitely be ordering again :-)

The furniture is really very easy to assemble. It’s a brilliant system that doesn’t require any screws. I received 40 parcels for 8 pieces of furniture. Not a single part was damaged. The packaging of all the parts is a dream – exactly as you’d hope. The labelling on all the parcels is also very good. Even with 40 parcels, you can immediately tell which parcel belongs to which piece of furniture. If there were a picture of the respective piece of furniture on the box, it would be perfect. But it’s not essential; you can manage without it. I have to say, however, that adjusting the drawers is an absolute nightmare. There are a great many adjustment screws – in my opinion, far too many. Other manufacturers do this better. It’s much simpler with IKEA furniture that has drawers. That’s why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5. But the overall process – ordering, configuring online and delivery – was top-notch!

The workmanship and packaging are excellent. The only issue was that the markings on the parts indicating the correct orientation were incorrect in two key places.

The courier company couldn’t be reached. Their helpline is a Polish answering machine. Tylko tried to get hold of the courier. Unfortunately, they arrived a little late, but still on the same day. We’d have liked better communication here. The tracking details became available 5 minutes before delivery. The quality, however, is top-notch. Everything fitted perfectly. Even the doors. Unfortunately, one of the back panels was already torn at the point of delivery. But really great furniture all in all. I hope that one back panel will be replaced.

Support with ordering, delivery and on-site installation

The whole process went very smoothly. Assembly was generally straightforward, although the stickers for parts V2 and V3 were positioned incorrectly. We’re very pleased with the materials and the look.

We are very pleased with the service we received. From the design of the piece of furniture right through to its delivery, we were kept informed of the progress of our order. We highly recommend this very professional company.

Excellent quality, incredibly easy to assemble. I’ll be buying my next piece of furniture from Tylko!

A lovely surprise for my first Tylko order (it’s rare to be pleasantly surprised these days...). Excellent quality; the colour, dimensions and design were exactly as I’d ordered, and above all, it was incredibly easy to assemble with perfectly clear instructions (I put the shoe cabinet together in 30 minutes, and honestly, I’m no expert at this sort of thing). Next project: the walk-in wardrobe!

I was very pleased with it Putting the piece of furniture together was incredibly simple, and assembly was quick and easy thanks to the crystal-clear instructions Excellent quality and brilliant customer service You do have to wait two months for this type of product, but it’s well worth it for a high-quality item at a great price, especially as it’s made to measure Amazing!

At the age of 70, I put the shelf together all by myself. It was so easy! It looks absolutely lovely, is sturdy and fits the plan perfectly. I’ll definitely be buying a third piece of furniture

Well thought-out design, very simple. You can really tell it’s a quality product

Very attractive and easy to assemble

The piece of furniture is both very attractive and sturdy. It is quick and easy to assemble without the need for tools

The piece of furniture is truly beautiful, sturdy and aesthetically flawless. The quality of the materials is excellent and it looks absolutely stunning in the home. The only downside is the assembly process: watching the videos, it all seems like a piece of cake, but in reality the process is far more challenging. The snap-fit joints are very tight and require a fair amount of force (and a rubber mallet) to click the clips into place, making the visual guide seem a little too optimistic. In summary: the product absolutely deserves 5 stars for its finish and quality, but I’m giving it 4 stars overall due to an assembly experience that can and must be improved or explained with greater transparency. I’d definitely buy it again, but I’d make sure to arm myself with a bit more patience!

An exceptional, high-quality piece of furniture, but putting it together requires more strength than expected!

Great quality, really easy to put together, and we don’t even need to mention how it looks. 10/10!

Everything was excellent, from configuration right through to delivery.

What a joy!

I’m so pleased to have received a piece of furniture designed to suit our needs at home. It was very quick and easy to put together on the website – no glitches or difficulties, unlike on other sites! And once it arrived, everything was perfect – the quality, the colour, the assembly instructions. It’s incredibly quick and easy because everything is sorted into the boxes and ready to assemble. I’ve never seen such a smooth assembly process. It’s a joy once it’s in place. I’d recommend it without a second thought.
