The Tylko Original Classic (formerly the Type01 Plywood) is constructed of 19 mm plywood constructed from 13 layers of cross-laminated, high-quality Northern European birch hardwood. The edges are left exposed (and hand-oiled) to showcase the natural grain of the wood and showcase its natural beauty. If you choose to add optional back panels to your Tylko Original Classic, they are made from high-quality particleboard and "close in" the back of your furniture to create a finished edge.
The Tylko Original Classic Veneer (formerly the Type01 Veneer) is made from 19mm particle board and bonded with a top layer of premium-grade real wood veneer in ash or oak.
