Easy to assemble and excellent quality – highly recommended!!

I’ve had a very positive experience with TYLKO: 1. When placing the order and requesting changes, a member of staff was always on hand to offer advice over the phone at short notice. 2. When a minor problem arose during assembly, a member of staff rang back straight away. 3. Assembly went quickly thanks to the clear instructions. The parts fit together well. All you need is a rubber mallet. The clip-together system works brilliantly; the furniture feels very sturdy! 4. All components are clearly labelled, which makes assembly easier. 5. The delivery arrived very well packed! Plenty of cardboard cushions and protects the goods! (However, this does mean there’s a lot of cardboard to dispose of.) 6. According to TYLKO, the goods are delivered right into your home! (The delivery company, however, only sent one driver, who, in the summer heat, wasn’t keen on carrying the 16 parcels up to the second floor. You then have to stand your ground by referring to TYLKO’s promise.) Some parcels are quite heavy and, depending on the product, bulky. 7. It’s helpful to have a second person on hand from time to time when assembling larger pieces of furniture. Smaller items can easily be put together on your own.

Top-notch service, even when I asked for alterations; brilliantly packed, with fantastic instructions – and, in the end, a brilliant shelf ❤️. It doesn’t get any better than this! This was by far the best furniture experience I ever had, and this deserves praises. - the packaging numbering is perfect - the instruction manual is super clear - the fact that everytime you need to grab a new piece, it's the one on top of the box already opened - assembly system without any tools - the quality of material and assembly - the stickers that remind you where is up/front/left - the stickers you can easily remove without leaving traces I will come back to Tylko, you folks made my day!

We are absolutely thrilled with our recent purchase from Tylko. We decided on a custom piece to serve as a wardrobe for our entryway, and it has completely transformed the space. ​Regarding the logistics, the delivery window was originally set for June 15th–26th, and while it arrived on the 30th, the delivery itself went perfectly within the time slot they provided. The delivery team was also incredibly friendly and professional, which made the experience much better. ​The assembly was an absolute breeze. Tylko provided a clear, custom leaflet specifically designed for our exact bespoke piece of furniture, which made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. Once we had it put together, the quality of the craftsmanship was immediately obvious—the materials feel robust and truly built to last. ​The color is nothing short of amazing, adding such a beautiful, vibrant touch to our entranceway. It has become a real focal point of our home, and honestly, everyone who sees it gives us compliments on how great it looks. Product quality – Disastrous delivery

I’m very happy with my furniture. It’s high quality and sturdy. It was easy to assemble. However, I’m very disappointed with the delivery time, which was supposed to be between 2 and 12 June. The furniture had been in the carrier’s warehouse since the end of May. I had to chase up customer service several times. The carrier notified me by text message on 17 June, stating that delivery would be on 2 July. Another two weeks on top of that! Whilst I understand the three-week lead time for manufacturing the made-to-measure furniture, I find your carrier’s delay unacceptable. That is the reason for my rating.

I’m very satisfied. The instructions were clear, so it was easy to put together. The material and colour were as expected. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

No nasty surprises. Exactly as ordered. Excellent packaging. Easy to assemble by following the detailed instructions in the booklet.

Till now everything went smooth. They even updated the promo code on my existing order to reflect their current promotion and received a refund of the difference in price :) At this moment my order is after 2.5 weeks already finished and ready to be shipped. I'm curious about the quality and look of my wall cabinet.

Everything went perfectly from start to finish – a real pleasure! The design tool is very well put together and easy to get to grips with. It offers plenty of flexibility when it comes to choosing dimensions, and it’s almost as if it’s made to measure. I spoke to customer service several times (via chat and phone) and they were very responsive, both in providing technical advice and in helping me out when I found myself a bit stuck and needed to change a dimension the day after confirming my order. Delivery took place within the specified timeframe and the delivery staff carried the parcels right up to my flat, which was much appreciated given that there were a total of 200kg of shelving units!!! The parts are carefully packaged; the three modules I ordered were clearly labelled on the different boxes, and the assembly instructions are tailored to each one. It’s a bit like a giant Lego set! Each piece of the puzzle has a label showing which way round to position it, and there’s also a ‘colour-coding’ system for the male and female parts, which makes assembly very intuitive. The different parts fit together perfectly – it’s impressive! Assembly took two people half an hour per module; once you’ve got the hang of the system, it goes very quickly. The whole thing feels really well-made and I’m delighted with the end result, which is exactly as shown on their website. I’d just like to make one suggestion to Tylko: include a pre-drilled hole in the unit for wall-mounting the shelves. I really couldn’t bring myself to screw the metal bracket directly into the unit – it would have felt like I was drilling into it or damaging it! (My shelf isn’t at risk of tipping over, so I managed without them.) That said, I thought it was really fair of them to supply the metal brackets AND the universal wall plugs and screws, which are usually the buyer’s responsibility. One final point: it seems that discounts are on offer all the time (between 36% and 38%, from what I’ve seen over the course of a month...) In conclusion, I wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to order from Tylko again – it’s definitely worth it!
