The delivery happened within the announced timeframe, the delivery driver was really nice and all packages arrived without outer damage. The notification that the driver is coming soon came quite late (6mins before), so I recommend to not leave the house during the delivery time.

Beautiful furniture, great quality and excellent service! Having come across Tylko’s fantastic furniture time and again on Instagram, we were keen to see it for ourselves. So we visited the showroom in Hamburg, where a very friendly member of staff explained the various options for customisation to us in detail and with great expertise. We were then able to take our time at home to design our shelving unit, a sideboard and a desk exactly as we’d imagined. We’re particularly impressed by just how customisable the furniture is. The dimensions fit our rooms perfectly – we’d hardly have found furniture like this in a conventional furniture shop. The colours are exactly as we’d imagined them, too, and everything blends in beautifully with our interior design scheme. Tylko’s customer service also deserves a big round of applause! When we had queries about discount offers, we were helped quickly, friendly and without any fuss. It was even possible to apply the discount to our order retrospectively. The delivery and assembly went exceptionally well too. As our move had been postponed, we had to change the delivery date. This wasn’t a problem at all for Tylko and was organised with no fuss whatsoever. The assembly team did a brilliant job too. The furniture itself impresses us with its high-quality craftsmanship, superb build quality and beautiful design. We are completely delighted with the result and enjoy our new furniture every single day. From the initial consultation through to planning, delivery and assembly, everything went perfectly. We can wholeheartedly recommend Tylko! Many thanks to the whole team for this brilliant service!

Thank you for the good, fast and secure delivery service of my beautiful Tylko sideboard order into the 5th floor without an elevator! You were very kind!

I ordered a self-assembly shelving unit from Tylko on 22 September, including a fitting service (following the insolvency of our previous supplier, MYSC). It was delivered as early as 20 October – not even a month later. The delivery team completed the assembly perfectly within an hour. Top-notch quality, looks just as expected. High praise! I’m absolutely delighted.

Excellent delivery service! The delivery was perfectly on time, and I was notified well in advance. I could even track the delivery live, which was really convenient. The delivery driver was very friendly and helpful. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience!

If I could, I’d give it 10 out of 5 stars! Even the configuration process in the online shop was simple and user-friendly. After placing my order, I was kept fully informed about the progress of production. Delivery went smoothly and the driver was very helpful and friendly. I was really impressed with the assembly. Even the packaging is well thought out and designed to ensure that nothing gets damaged. The instructions are clear and straightforward, and all the parts are sorted in the correct order, so you really can’t go wrong. Not a single screw needs to be fitted the wrong way round – the assembly was genuinely fun. You simply click the door panels into place; I almost let out a cheer. The stickers can also be removed easily without scratching the surface :-) What’s more, everything is very sturdy and high-quality; you can’t see any fingerprints and nothing wobbles. To be honest, from now on we’ll only be buying Tylko shelves and cupboards! Sensational.

We’ve definitely ordered 3 or 4 products already, and unfortunately the last one went missing because of an incompetent courier (Gebrüder Weiss)! Gebrüder Weiss simply washed their hands of it and said it wasn’t their problem, and Tylko have now decided to replace this shelf for me and make a new one! WOW!!! I think that’s so brilliant and I’m absolutely chuffed! Because having to foot the bill myself would have been a right pain! Their customer service is simply top-notch! And the products are brilliant either way!!!

I was looking for this exact piece ready made elsewhere for a long time and I could not find it. Till I discovered Tylko and oh boy what a love it is. In first sight and hopefully all the other sights as well :) It fits the room perfectly and it is also fancy, so I named it Moira (Shitt´s Creek series character). Easy to assemble (did it myself). Drawers close like butter on a bread. Since I am a bit old fashioned I put some covers on the shelves to protect them, and I think it is vibing and goes with the modern design (and my own original art on the wall #leur_art). When I save extra money I will invest in buying the big closet from Tylko to finish the bedroom completely. So wish me luck in selling more art :D:D:D. Thanks Tylko again

Delivery was on time and hassle-free. A four-week waiting period for a made-to-measure item is more than reasonable. All parts were in excellent condition. The assembly instructions (including videos) were very clear, and the end result is extremely sturdy and of high quality. Contrary to many negative reviews, the experience was thoroughly positive. I also find it hard to understand comments such as ‘you’re better off with Ikea’: this piece of furniture (a coloured sideboard) is of significantly higher quality than what I’m used to from Ikea.
