We offer hassle-free returns so you can shop with confidence.
For furniture (Original, Edge, and Tone lines), you have 100 days from delivery to return your order free of charge.
For the Smooth Sofa, returns are free within 30 days, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging.
For the Loom Blanket, you have 14 days to make a return if you change your mind. A return form and label are included in your package for easy shipping.
Free returns apply to all regions eligible for free delivery — that’s the EU, Norway, Switzerland, and the UK. If you’d like to make a return, simply contact our Customer Service team and we’ll guide you through the quick and easy process.
(Sample Sets are excluded from our free return policy, sorry.)
Once your Tylko makes its way back to us your refund will be processed within 14 working days. Easy peasy!
If you need to return your Tylko because of damage or a defective product, returns and replacements are always free. If you feel your Tylko order is incomplete, defective or damaged, contact us to file a claim and we'll get back to you with a solution within 14 days.
