Till now everything went smooth. They even updated the promo code on my existing order to reflect their current promotion and received a refund of the difference in price :) At this moment my order is after 2.5 weeks already finished and ready to be shipped. I'm curious about the quality and look of my wall cabinet.

Everything went perfectly from start to finish – a real pleasure! The design tool is very well put together and easy to get to grips with. It offers plenty of flexibility when it comes to choosing dimensions, and it’s almost as if it’s made to measure. I spoke to customer service several times (via chat and phone) and they were very responsive, both in providing technical advice and in helping me out when I found myself a bit stuck and needed to change a dimension the day after confirming my order. Delivery took place within the specified timeframe and the delivery staff carried the parcels right up to my flat, which was much appreciated given that there were a total of 200kg of shelving units!!! The parts are carefully packaged; the three modules I ordered were clearly labelled on the different boxes, and the assembly instructions are tailored to each one. It’s a bit like a giant Lego set! Each piece of the puzzle has a label showing which way round to position it, and there’s also a ‘colour-coding’ system for the male and female parts, which makes assembly very intuitive. The different parts fit together perfectly – it’s impressive! Assembly took two people half an hour per module; once you’ve got the hang of the system, it goes very quickly. The whole thing feels really well-made and I’m delighted with the end result, which is exactly as shown on their website. I’d just like to make one suggestion to Tylko: include a pre-drilled hole in the unit for wall-mounting the shelves. I really couldn’t bring myself to screw the metal bracket directly into the unit – it would have felt like I was drilling into it or damaging it! (My shelf isn’t at risk of tipping over, so I managed without them.) That said, I thought it was really fair of them to supply the metal brackets AND the universal wall plugs and screws, which are usually the buyer’s responsibility. One final point: it seems that discounts are on offer all the time (between 36% and 38%, from what I’ve seen over the course of a month...) In conclusion, I wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to order from Tylko again – it’s definitely worth it!

You do have to wait a bit longer for the furniture, but it’s well worth it! It looks absolutely lovely and is incredibly easy to assemble. Delivery by the haulage company also went very smoothly.

Excellent service client pour un site en ligne, ce qui est rare ! J'ai dû faire un changement d'adresse de livraison et cela s'est très bien passé. Je recommande cette enseigne.

High-quality furniture. Impeccable assembly service. Once it was installed, I realised I’d chosen the wrong colour. No problem at all for Tylko – they came round to take it apart and reassemble it in a different colour of my choice. The refund was processed promptly. The professionalism and responsiveness of the customer service team are quite rare these days and are worth highlighting. I recommend them 100%.

We’ve configured and ordered a room divider. It was great fun – the configurator is brilliant. Communication has been excellent, and they’ve even taken our requests for changes on board. Delivery, the plastic-free, numbered packaging and the instructions were all perfect! We managed to assemble the large shelving unit ourselves (without having to use any screws) in just two hours. Everything looks exactly as it does in the pictures in the configurator. I can’t recommend Tylko highly enough – brilliant!

Setting it up was fun and straightforward. The customer service regarding delivery and tracking, including the driver, was friendly. Assembly was straightforward – the instructions were really helpful. The quality of the materials is excellent, and once it was finally assembled and I’d checked it over here and there, I was also pleased with the precision. There were a few bits of adhesive residue from the veneer, but these came off easily with a damp cloth. The sliding panels didn’t close 100% flush at first – perhaps the instructions could mention that a gentle tap with a hammer works well here. Quality that’s well worth it. Well packaged, with almost no plastic waste! So now I’m saving up for my next shelf ;)

I’m really delighted with my order from Tylko. Back to the beginning: The online shop is modern and well-organised, and the configurator is intuitive to use. I particularly liked the wide range of design options, which allow you to tailor the shelving unit precisely to your own needs. Secondly: The entire ordering and delivery process was transparent throughout. Delivery was quick, and the shelving unit was excellently packed, so everything arrived undamaged. Thirdly: The quality also won me over completely: the shelving unit looks very high-quality, is neatly finished and looks exactly as expected. Thanks to its well-thought-out design, assembly was straightforward, very sturdy and completed in no time at all. All in all, a thoroughly positive experience. I would and will order from Tylko again at any time and can wholeheartedly recommend the company.

Great product, but the delivery could be improved

Overall, we were very satisfied with our purchase from Tylko. The in-store advice, combined with the chance to view the sofa and try it out, was a very pleasant experience. Placing the order online from home afterwards was also straightforward and went smoothly. Throughout the entire ordering process, we were kept well informed of the current status. However, we were less satisfied with the delivery company used. It took around two weeks from the delivery notification to the actual delivery. In our view, the manner of delivery also failed to meet the otherwise high-quality and modern standards we associate with Tylko. We are, however, very satisfied with the sofa itself – the quality and comfort have won us over completely.

A lovely experience

This is a review I’m really happy to write. From the very friendly and helpful advice I received at the Munich showroom, through to the hassle-free ordering process for my sideboard, the genuinely warm interaction with customer service, and finally the punctual delivery that arrived right on schedule – everything was perfect. Unfortunately, my private assembly service had an accident on his bike and my sideboard is still sitting in its packaging. Well, that’s why I can’t say anything about it yet, but so far I’m 100% satisfied and can recommend Tylko with a clear conscience.
