A bit expensive but not disappointed with the expense.
Order tracking was very good, 5/5. Had an issue with the carrier, but as I mentioned to customer service, they are not responsible for the professionalism of the delivery driver. Product assembly (even though it was just a small TV stand) was 5/5. Really top-notch in simplicity, everything is indicated and you just follow the drawings (30 minutes and it's done). After-sales service: After assembly, a cleaning issue arose, so I sent an email and the response came the next day with a very comprehensive guide. The finished piece of furniture is really beautiful and seems very sturdy, so 5/5. The price is a bit high, but really not disappointed with the expense; it's exactly the piece of furniture we were looking for. The only downside? We are so satisfied that we might go for a 3.70m x 2.40m bookshelf now, an it's going to cost us dearly! ;-)

I love it! Great value for money!
I love the concept behind Tylko! I needed furniture in a specific size to fit my space, and being able to customise and choose each element is great! Being able to choose where to put the holes for cables and adapt the furniture to your electrical installation is fantastic. I had a small problem with one item that arrived damaged, so I contacted Tylko and received a replacement very quickly. Honestly, nothing to say, top-notch customer service. The quality of the furniture is superb and it's very, very easy to assemble. The rails come already mounted on the corresponding furniture boards. It took me barely an hour to assemble a 2.30 m long piece of furniture, and I took my time! I can only recommend Tylko.
