We’re sure you’ll love your Tylko product, but if for any reason you’re not happy we give you 100 days for storage furniture, 30 days for sofas and cover and 14 days for blankets and bookends from delivery to return it (excl. samples) - with free shipping within the EU! To make a return, just email us at [email protected], or give us a call at +44 800 102 6747 or +49(0)8000010484. We’ll send you all the boxes you'll need and arrange the pickup. Then, once your package reaches us we’ll refund you fully within 14 days. You'll get a correction invoice, and after you accept it the refund will be made via bank transfer. Please note that the right to return within 100, 30, 14 days is waived when additional shipping fees are required. However free replacements in the case of production or delivery damage are included.
