Das Regal ist genau wie beschrieben und passt super in mein Zimmer. Nun haben Bücher, Zeitschriften, Aquarellmalutensielien und Fotosachen einen ordentlichen Platz. Die App hilft super sich das Regal auf die Möglichkeiten im Raum anzusehen.

Dear Tylko people, just wanna let you know that I'm very happy with our new shelves. They were super easy to install (I did it myself - no husband needed - girl power to the max!) and they fit perfectly. Every time I see them, I'm thrilled. What a great product! Exactly what we needed. Love them.
Special thanks for your excellent customer service concerning the delivery. I'll send you a personal note for that.

1. Payment: Placed my order but couldn't pay. Three (working) credit cards were declinded. Only after several days, a couple of calls and emails tylco finally sent me their data so I was able to banktransfer the money.

2. Order accepted? Only after asking for it a couple of times tylco was finally able to confirm my order an that the money has been succesfully transfered. Alltogehter this took two weeks.

3. Waiting... To make a long story short: I waited for 14 weeks until I was finally able to assemble my shelf. Before that - after only 12 short weeks - I indeed did recieved a shelf but it wasn't complete. There were parts missing and I instead recieved parts of a shelf that belongs to some poor guy in Italy. So I kept on waiting. When TNT finally delivered the rest of my shelf they also randomly picked a cardboardbox from my garage an took it with them. So I didn't only have to wait for a shelf for alltogehter 14 weeks, I also had to manage to get my box from out of the garage back. Finally I was succesful. And finally the shelf now stands in the living room. After having scratched off the last sticker (and there are many of them...) I think it's a nice shelf, but if I had known before what it would take me (time and nerves) to finally get it I would not have ordered it and I for sure won't order again.

To be fair: Tylko sent me lots of emails with apologies and also gave me a bit of a refund. But after so many weeks you don't want to hear apologies over and over again, what you want is a delivery. And I think: You may produce fine shelfs and you may have a great deal of a marketing division. But your production speed and the reliabilty of delivery must be optimised A LOT. Good Luck with that.

Wir haben ein individuelles Regal als Raumtrenner gesucht und bei Tylko gefunden. Das Regal entspricht genau unseren Vor- und Einstellungen (in der App). Es ist super-stabil, obwohl nur gesteckt. Alle Bretter sind vollkommen fehlerfrei. Wir sind begeistert :-)

Wir sind super happy mit dem Regal. Das Aufbauen klappt wirklich super und war genauso easy wie beschreiben! Geniales System :)

Wir nutzen es hauptsächlich für Bücher aber auch einiges Andere findet darin Platz. Noch sind wir am einräumen, aber es gefällt uns total und ist genauso wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben!
