Using the shelf in a way other than its intended purpose (such as a room divider) may void the warranty. Without being secured to the wall and without the possibility of mounting it to the ceiling and floor, a fully loaded unit can pose a serious hazard. At this time, we do not offer a solution that would allow the unit to be securely attached to the ceiling, and the unit should be secured to the wall to ensure safety and stability.
