These Terms and Conditions from time to time (collectively, the “T&Cs”) sets forth the terms and conditions of the Tylko for Business Partner Program of Tylko S.A. (“Tylko”).

The following terms and conditions govern your participation in the Tylko for Business Program. The following is a summary of the key terms and conditions of the program that are to be met in order for the order to benefit from the coverage provided by the program.

The Program and the T&Cs are subject to change at any time at Tylko’s sole discretion.

I. DEFINITIONS

Terms used in the T&Cs shall have the following meanings:

● Tylko – company under the business name of Tylko S.A. with its registered headquarters in Warsaw, Czerska Street 8/10, 00-732 Warsaw, entered the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under the number KRS 536581, with the share capital of PLN 779 900 contributed in full, NIP number 1132882374, REGON: 360163795;

● Partner/-s – an individual who conducts a business activity involving the industries described in these T&Cs, registered in the appropriate business entity registry, and who (jointly): has made an application to the Program in the manner indicated in this T&C, was qualified for the Program following a positive verification of their application by Tylko, received an email activating their membership in the Program. Partner is entitled to use the Program's benefits during their membership in the Program on terms indicated in these T&Cs;

● Benefits – benefits available for Partners only, including exclusive discounts on Tylko selected products, access to assets for Partner’s business in particular images, videos, 3d files; access to personal, dedicated support, and free Tylko samples, indicated and described in detail under section V of these T&Cs;

● Product/-s – all products (furniture) offered by Tylko, included in the current commercial offer by Tylko, listed on tylko.com, available therein on the date of order. The retail offer is subject to change according to Tylko’s decision.

● Program – this Partner Program called: Tylko for Business, run by Tylko, is addressed to Europe-based professionals such as architects, interior designers, contractors from the hospitality business, developers, real estate developers, and procurement specialists, office managers in which membership gives access to Benefits;

● Partners Platform – IT system, available at tylko.com/tylko-for-business allowing Partners to enjoy Benefits;

● Partnership Representatives – Customer Service Department, which deals with servicing our Partners in matters such as payments, invoices, shipments and providing information about the stage of order completion. It supports Partners in English, French, and German;

● Price/-s – The unit price of furniture each time results from the type of furniture ordered, provided in the furniture configuration process and the order summary. Prices are at the sole discretion of Tylko and are subject to change. The price valid at the time of placing the order is applicable.
