Top Design - super easy aufzubauen ;) Spass rundherum!!
Wir haben online sowohl ein grosses Bücherregal, als auch ein raumteilendes Regal gestaltet. Als sich kurzfristig die Lieferung verschob und ich mit dem online Chat keine guten Erfahrungen gemacht habe, waren wir in Sorge, wie sich dieses Projekt wohl entwickeln würde. Dann setzen wir 3 mögliche Lieferungstermine fest und … bekamen keine Rückmeldung, welcher es wohl werden würde. Einen Tag vorher wurde dann per email der Termin am nächsten Tag bestätigt - reicht ja auch 🤣 - der Lieferant war super freundlich und kündigte sich per Sms an. Wir haben beide Regale in super kurzer Zeit aufgebaut und sind total happy. Die Verpackung hat uns begeistert !!! Da hat endlich mal jemand an die Umwelt gedacht. Kein mm zu viel - kein unnötiger Plastikmüll - ein absolut atemberaubendes Packagedesign!!!! Die Beschriftung und Aufbauanweisung ‚short, sweet and to the point‘ ! Also ‚bis auf‘ die Webdesignfunktion ‚geben Sie drei mögliche Lieferdaten an‘ und dann keine Rückmeldung und ‚krickets‘ … war diese Kaufentscheidung ein absoluter Genuss !!! Wir freuen uns total über Euer tolles Produkt. DANKE !!
Hochwertig in Material und Design
Es ist nicht mein erstes Tylko, weshalb ich natürlich wusste, welche Qualität ich bekommen würde. Ich bin sehr glücklich darüber. Das Aufbauen braucht allerdings schon etwas Kraft, und man muss höllisch aufpassen, dass man es exakt nach Anleitung macht, die aber sehr gut und übersichtlich ist. Es hätte teilweise aber geholfen, wenn die Anleitung nicht nur mit Bildern und Grafiken wäre sondern auch hier und da ein paar erklärende Worte. Bei den Schubladen hatte ich ein bisschen Probleme. Ich wüsste auch nicht, wie man das Ganze wieder auseinander bekommt. Aber jetzt steht es und sieht einfach nur wunderbar aus. Das ist ein Möbelstück, dass mich lange begleiten wird.

Delivery time was very underestimated
Amazing product with huge cost to quality ratio! Nothing like it on the market for the price. Super easy system to assemble as well. Only downside was that when I made pirchase it said 5-6 weeks delivery and it took 8, but would still buy it again. Over all more than satisfied and they do have nice customer service people so another plus to the experience.

The whole process, from designing my own unit to order and delivery was very easy. I was kept informed of the progress of my order throughout and the unit arrived on time and in perfect condition thanks to the clever packaging. I'm very happy with my furniture, it's great quality took me about 30 minutes to put together(virtually no tools required, very clever design) when needed, would not hesitate to order from Tylko again.

Amazing quality and service!
The website functionality was great and I was able to customise my sideboards to the mm. The communication about delivery times and progress was spot on. The units are beautifully made and really easy to put together. The packaging and instructions were brilliant and even packed in the order you needed them!! I am so impressed. Incredibly good value and a perfect fit with 1.5 mm gap either side of the wall they’ve been precision engineered!

Very good quality, great design, well thought delivery in 16 boxes and rapid assembly by 2 Tylko men. Only one thing: the bookcase is 243cm high, the ceiling 244cm, a perfect fit, but the assembly men never heard of Phytagoras. Luckily a part of our living room is over 3 meters high.
