Digital Services Act

This page constitutes the central point of information on the fulfilment of the obligations of Tylko S.A. arising from Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 October 2022 on a single market for digital services (the DSA).

Accordingly, Tylko S.A. is a hosting service provider within the meaning of the DSA and, out of an abundance of caution, treats the services it provides as online platform services within the meaning of Article 3(i) of the DSA.
