Can I return my Loom blanket?

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your Loom blanket if you change your mind. Each package includes a return form and a return label. Simply fill out the form, attach the label to the packaging, and send the blanket back using the same courier that delivered it. There’s no need to contact customer service to arrange the return; just follow the instructions included in your package. If you lose the return form, you can contact customer service to receive a PDF version to print and complete. The right to Terminate does not apply to any Product which has been damaged or made incomplete by the user.
