Digital Services Act

This page constitutes the central point of information on the fulfilment of the obligations of Tylko S.A. arising from Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 October 2022 on a single market for digital services (the DSA).

Tylko provides services by electronic means, including enabling users to publish content on the Service (in particular, product reviews). Accordingly, Tylko S.A. is a hosting service provider within the meaning of the DSA and, out of an abundance of caution, treats the services it provides as online platform services within the meaning of Article 3(i) of the DSA.

Advertising transparency

Pursuant to Article 26 DSA, Tylko ensures the transparency of advertising content displayed in the Service. Content of an advertising or promotional nature displayed in the Service is labelled in a manner that enables the user to clearly identify its promotional nature. The entity responsible for advertising content relating to products offered in the Service is Tylko S.A., unless another entity is expressly indicated. Tylko S.A. does not present advertisements based on profiling using special categories of personal data within the meaning of Article 9 GDPR or advertisements targeted at minors. Tylko does not sell advertising space to third parties and, as a rule, does not publish third-party advertisements. Detailed rules on the presentation of advertising content are set out in section 1.2 of the [Terms of Use of the Service](https://tylko.com/en-de/terms/general-provisions).
