My job is designing customer experiences, and I'm usually extremely critical of the many subpar services out there, but my experience with Tylko was fantastic. From designing the shelf with the app to ordering it and then receiving updates on the status of my order, I felt like I was in good hands. When the shelf arrived, the courier carried it all the way to the fourth floor (I helped!). I was hugely impressed with how well everything was packaged and the personalized instructions. Building the shelf was easy, and it is truly of high quality. I am absolutely a fan and greatly appreciate the effort that must have gone into getting everything right.
