Digital Services Act
This page constitutes the central point of information on the fulfilment of the obligations of Tylko S.A. arising from Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 October 2022 on a single market for digital services (the DSA).
Tylko provides services by electronic means, including enabling users to publish content on the Service (in particular, product reviews). Accordingly, Tylko S.A. is a hosting service provider within the meaning of the DSA and, out of an abundance of caution, treats the services it provides as online platform services within the meaning of Article 3(i) of the DSA.

Recommender systems
Pursuant to Article 27 DSA, Tylko S.A. informs users about the principles governing the operation of recommender systems used in the Service. ### Main parameters of product ranking Products and content displayed in the Service may be shown in a specific order determined on the basis of the following main parameters: * **Relevance to the query:** matching the product to the phrase entered or filters applied * **Availability:** products available in stock are prioritised * **Popularity:** number of views, purchases and positive product ratings * **Offer recency:** new products and products with an active promotion may be highlighted * **Browsing history:** for logged-in users, the way content is displayed may take into account previously viewed categories and products Tylko does not use recommender systems based solely on automated profiling using special categories of personal data.
